The Institute of Process Engineering (IPE) of Chinese Academy of Science has forged comprehensive strategic cooperation with Faculty of Engineering and Science(FEC) of Western Norway University of Applied Sciences(HVL). 

IPE Director ZHANG Suojiang and FEC Dean Geir Martin Foerland signed Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement on Student Mobility as annex to MoU on May 13^th . 

It would be conducive to establish an innovating mechanism for academic and research collaboration and enhance mutual trust between IPE and HVL.
