Resume

Professor, doctoral supervisor, the winner of national overseas high-level talent introduction program. In 1997, he graduated with the bachelor degree from Dalian University of Technology. From 1997 to 2002, he was engaged in product research and development in Shenma Industrial Co., Ltd. from. In 2008, he received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 2008 to 2013, he work with distinguished professor Jean’ne M. Shreeve as a postdoctoral fellow in the Chemistry Department of University of Idaho. From 2013, he worked in the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

He chairs projects from Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and so on. The research mainly includes (1) Design and synthesis of functional ionic liquids; (2) Preparation of water-based resins and paints; (3) Molecular design and catalytic preparation of new green high-energy fuels. The progress was published in Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Mater. Chem. A, Chem. Eur. J., Chem. Asian J., etc., and more than 50 invention patents were applied.
