Resume

Limin Wang received his Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from the Institute of Process Engineering (IPE), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Beijing, China, in 2008. From 2008 to 2009, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow working at Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), France. In 2009, he joined the State Key Laboratory of Multiphase Complex Systems of IPE, CAS as an Assistant Professor. From May, 2010 to July, 2016, he was an Associate Professor.  Since August of 2016, he served as Professor. He was elected Member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association, CAS in 2012. He serves on the editorial board of Heat Exchangers. He has authored about 70 publications. He has been working on meso-scale concept for turbulence modeling and simulation (i.e. EMMS-based turbulence model), lattice Boltzmann modeling for particle-fluid two phase flows (i.e. DNS, DPS, TFM), and lattice- and particle- based methods for complex flows (i.e. turbulent flow, multiphase flow, nano/micro flows) for over 15 years during his research experiences.
