Professor WANG joined the State key Laboratory of Multiphase Complex Systems in 2013. Wang founded the Atomic Coating and Interface Materials (ACIMs) group and serves as the principal investigator. He mainly engaged in the research of nano-carbon materials and functional ceramic composites. Based on the strategies of microstructure assembly, interface regulation and process equipment development, it forms the innovative characteristics from the intersection of basic disciplines to the research and development of applied engineering. To date, He has authored over 67 peer-reviewed journal articles and held over 50 patents. His publications range from materials, chemistry to physics journals, including Nature Photonics, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, JACS, ACS Nano, with a total citation of more than 9800 times. In recent years, he was responsible for leading the R&D works from National, Local, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the world's top 500 enterprises.
