Resume

Achieved doctorate degree in China Institute of Atomic Energy in 2000. Focus on the research of the recovery and separation of non-ferrous metals, rare metals and rare earths for a long time periods. Particularly, targeting at the bottle-necking problems in metal recovery and separations from the major and unique resources of our country, develop innovative solvent extraction methods to break through the troublesome of key technology. Has 26-year experiences in solvent extraction used for hydrometallurgy. As a talented person, affiliated in the Institute of Process Engineering, CAS in 2017, and established a research group for advanced separation. Developed “Solvent extraction-water stripping technology to recovery lithium from high magnesium content salt lake brines”, “Solvent extraction-three phase stripping technology for lithium recovery from our country’s unique carbonated brine resources”, “new nickel cobalt solvent extraction reagents”, “the technology of waste acid regeneration for clean recycling and metal valuably resourcing”, etc. Overcame the major drawbacks of high cost and high environmental pollutions in processes of lithium, nickel and cobalt recovery. Created a cleaning route for stainless steel production in our country. Among them, the technology for lithium recovery from high magnesium content brines has been passed through a 100t/a scale pilot plant and reached the expected targets; a pilot plant is being established at 100t/a scale for the technology of lithium recovery from carbonated brines. 6000t/a pilot plant has being established for the technology of waste acid regeneration and clean recycling for stainless steel pickling in Henan province and saved more than 3 million per year for the company, and at the same time, significantly reduced the waste discharge.

Published more than 80 Journal papers, including more than 40 SCI Journal papers, granted more than 20 national innovation patents, participated in international and national academic conferences for more than 50 times.
