Experts in National Engineering Lab for Hydrometallurgical Cleaner Production Technology (NELHCPT) of Institute of Processing Engineering (IPE) visited XinJiang Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals (XJINM) on November, 16th, 2010.

　　IPE representatives introduced the development, talents, research fields and the achievements of IPE. Professor Li huiquan made a report on the research fields and progress of NELHCPT. XJINM researchers were interested in the key technology of high performance reaction system with sub-molten salt medium and rare metal materials of IPE. The two institutes had potential cooperation in nonferrous metal and rare metal new materials.

　　Representatives visited the laboratories and production departments of XJINM after the meeting.
