Oct 19-20, Xi’an, 15^th Joint Meeting of CAS Institutes’ Directors was held. IPE was the organizer of this meeting and supported by CAS Xi’an Branch and Xi’an Institute of Optics and Precise Mechanics of CAS. Professor Erwei Shi, vice president of CAS presented and addressed in the meeting. The other attendees are Professor Suojiang Zhang, Professor Yunfa Chen from IPE and more than 100 representatives from CAS Xi’an Branch, the institutes related with material base and relevant enterprises.
