Its main tasks involves breaking the bottlenecks of transition from experimental achievements to industrialization to meet the requirements of rapidly developed biotechnologies, and conducting technical transformation of current pillar industries, such as energy, environment, materials, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, oil refinery and metallurgy, by transforming raw materials into different bioproducts in a cleaner, more efficient and economical way.
