Recently, more than 130 IPE people, including all management members, the research fellows and department directors attended IPE Strategy Workshop.

　　In the meeting, Professor Suojiang Zhang, Director of IPE, made a theme report on “Innovation 2020—Few Thoughts on New Revolution in Sciences and Technology”. In his report, Professor Zhang stated the overall target of IPE in Innovation 2020 Program, which is to establish process engineering system to boost IPE’s international visibility; to focus on few major strategic direction and build up new industrial demonstrations; to set up talents system and improve the working and living conditions of employees to a higher level; to improve the research facilities and equipment and build up first class R&D center; to explore new model for research development and improve the efficiency and implementation. Professor Zhang also put forward seven strategic moves for IPE’s Innovation 2020 program.
