After six-month construction, Process Engineering Building (Complex Building for Scientific Research) of Institute of Process Engineering in New Research Park has been formally sealed roof at 11:30, Jan 19, 2009, indicating a smooth completion of main structure of the building. Leaders from IPE and other organizations attended the Roof-Sealing Ceremony including Executive Vice Director-General Suojiang, Zhang, Secretary of Party Committee and Vice Director - Yunfa Chen, Vice Director - Guanghui Ma, Vice Secretary of Party Committee and Vice Director - Jiangming Chang, General Manager of China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd – Wei Zhao, Deputy General Manager of China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd – Yongshun Zhang, General Manager of Beijing Hongsha Construction Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd – Jisheng Sun and General Engineer Jianping Lin etc. The Roof-Sealing Ceremony was presided by Vice Director Ming Jiang. |

At first, General Manager Wei Zhao and General Manager Jisheng Sun made a passionate speech on behalf of construction party and supervision party respectively. They extended warm congratulations on the successful roof-sealing of Process Engineering Building. In the subsequent speech of Executive Vice Director-General Suojiang, Zhang, thanked the joint efforts of the three parties, which made it possible that main structure of Process Engineering Building can be smoothly sealed roof as planned. He said, it was a significant milestone for the whole construction project of new research park of IPE. The decoration period would be started soon and we might face more complicated construction works. We should keep making efforts to let the new Process Engineering Building reach a high level of quality and satisfaction which will be assessed by our scientists, staffs in IPE and the public. Finally, he sent New Year's greetings to everyone in the Process Engineering Building construction team.
