On April 22, 2008, IPE Class of 2009 Graduation Ceremony commenced at Meeting Room #311, Main Building. It was the first Graduation ever held in IPE. Professor Guanghui Ma, Associate Director of IPE presided over the ceremony. All the high managements and representatives of tutors presented.

Graduation was opened in the grandeur of the national anthem. The first speech was made by Professor Suojiang Zhang, Executive Deputy Director or IPE. After applauded the achievements of the graduates had in the few years at IPE, Professor Zhang expressed the wishes and expectations for their future careers and lives. All the graduates, like every young people who was about to start the new journey, were deeply touched by the sincerity and kindness from the big IPE family they had been staying for the last years.

Professor Huizhou Liu, Director of IPE Academic Degrees Committee, addressed on behalf of all the advisors. Professor Liu congratulated all the students on their completion of studies and their embarking on the life tour after looking back the happy times spent together at IPE. He encouraged graduates to be brave in the path of their lives and wished them more successes.

Ying REN, representing Class of 2009, expressed the profound feelings towards IPE and their thankfulness for everything IPE provided--the devoted advisors for their guidance and directions in the study and their helps in the daily lives in every possible way; the harmonious, unity and vigorous atmosphere built by IPE management staff.

  At the end of ceremony, Tassel Moving Ceremony commenced in the chorus of IPE Hymn. Seven members of IPE Academic Degrees Committee were moving the tassels on the caps of more than 100 graduates while the flashes were flicking under the stage to record this precious moment.

The grand Graduation ceremony closed successfully in the laughs, applauses and music.
